We have on site a purpose built Thermal Metal Spray Shop with full water curtain extraction.

Within this facility we are able to apply both Zinc and Aluminium product. All applicators are trained to Metallisation’s  own standard.

We are certified to apply thermal coatings under the approval of Norsok (M501) and Stat Oil to name but a few.

Thermal metal Spray has an excellent track record as one of the leading coatings against corrosion in the worlds harshest environments. Common areas of use include Sub Sea, Pipelines, Critical Assets, Road and Rail Bridges, Offshore Structures, Piles and Jetties. It is also utilised for its temperature resistance and often forms part of high temperature specifications.

Thermal metal spray can be applied to high thickness when required, as an anticorrosive system it can stand alone, be sealed or have a full epoxy system applied to give maximum performance.
