We have two main Powder Coating Production areas, both constructed to suit individual market needs.

Powder Production Line

Our automated production line is 40 metres long and passes through an integrated tunnel oven. The inline coating booth is suited to both manual and automatic application.

In close proximity is our chemical pre-treatment area, fully fitted with an overhead crane to service the dip tanks.

This production line enables fast and efficient processing of batch production and smaller component parts.

Triple Track Box Oven Area

Our box oven, only recently installed has been built to our specification and has been designed to deal with larger, heavy items.

The triple track system offers full flexibility and allows for heavier curtains of uniform section or multi point suspension of larger items such as fabrications.

Preparation Options

We have a number of options when preparing items for powder coat applications, the methods we have available allow premium pre-treatment of most metals and configurations.

We have available dip tanks for treating bulk batch items, generally these are set up for de-greasing, iron phosphating and rinse.

Other options include, etching, for aluminium and galvanised surfaces, various blast treatments for mild steel and stainless, mechanical and hand treatments.

Our standard colour stock and range is extensive, we are pleased to procure non stock colours on request. We are also able to arrange colour match to your sample.

The adaptability and flexibility of our powder plants means enables us to process a huge range of different items for a varied customer base.
